The room decor was fine. It really inspired me. the room was also spacious and very clean, such a refreshing experience. modern amenities. also, the easy check-out process was a huge plus, so convenient.

The noise levels at night was too high. I found it difficult to sleep thanks to inconsiderate guests. the lack of on-site staff was a pain. I prefer to have someone available for questions or assistance. It got annoying to rely solely on email, it feels impersonal and inefficient.

i enjoyed how easy the parking garage was to find and Access.

my room felt a bit UNCLEAN. red hairs were visible on the shower walls. also, i found nose hair trimmings near the sink, which wasn't very Appealing.
